of The MedLeh Group
The MedLeh Group is a full-service document services company
with locations in four major U.S. cities. Since 1994 the
company has relied almost completely on an aggressive sales
philosophy to grow the business. Each city was responsible
for their sales materials and brand consistency was a major
issue. Though they experienced extensive success through
sales alone, by 2006 they were ready to implement a centralized
marketing component to support the sales team and expand
their audience.
In August of 2006 Tribe Design helped The MedLeh Group launch
a large-scale, multi-city Branding and Marketing Campaign.
The program included logo and identity update, branding standards
guide, sales materials (proposals, presentations, brochures,
product guides), advanced email marketing, direct mail, newsletters,
white papers, website redesign and promotional items
The new marketing program has been overwhelmingly well received
by clients and The MedLeh Group sales team alike. The sales
staff feels confident in their consistent branding message
and they now have the materials they need to support it.
Response rates and lead generation from the email marketing
has also been extremely effective. An email blast announcing
an iPod contest and Lunch ‘n Learn classes generated
over 1,000 responses and white paper notices and the website
update have been very effective in lead generation as well.
This company is just beginning in a marketing program that
we plan to build on and expand throughout the next year and
years to come. The combination of thoughtful design, consistent
branding and well-planned marketing strategies ensure future
success for The MedLeh Group.
